About

Annette Rudge is the founder of mojiyogi to personalize the yoga experience with intentional movements to counterbalance emotions. After being hospitalized for severe anxiety and depression, Annette felt determined to find ways to feel better without adverse side effects. Her refocus quest began.

After discovering that it takes 66 days of consecutive practice to build a superpower habit, she began to meditate each morning. However, it was hard for her to sit still without her mind wandering, so she created a Preday moving mediation practice with specific counting to keep her mind in the present moment. This daily ritual has supported her for over 1462 days, so she no longer needs anxiety medication.

The same day she began her meditation journey, she enrolled in the Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy and is now certified as a yoga instructor. Annette specializes in optimal learning environments for students, parents, caregivers, and teachers with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from the University of Montana. She is also certified as a life and business coach since 2004.

Annette has owned and operated three private schools from preschool through 4th grade and is inspired to support her former students in business with mentorship programs at no charge. She resides in Salmon Creek, Washington, with her husband Lance and their sweet little French Bulldog Bella. They each have two adult children and a grandson Jaxen that enjoys MojiYogi and plans to teach his baby sister Gracie. As a family, they aspire to increase the quality of life, relationships, and learning.
